At Shared Roots Collective, our restorative justice program supports survivors of sexual harm through healing-centered, trauma-informed practices. We offer an accompaniment model of working with survivors to explore the impacts of the harm, name their needs, and decide if a healing and accountability dialogue would be supportive for them. We work with those who have caused sexual harm to step into accountability, unpack root causes, and create meaningful change in their lives. We help individuals and their loved ones, families, and communities address harm, become more deeply resourced, and heal collectively.

Through our prevention and education services, we provide community workshops, organizational consulting, advocacy training, and educational resources focused on nurturing stronger, more compassionate communities. By taking an intersectional, culturally-responsive approach that recognizes how various forms of oppression contribute to sexual harm, our programs emphasize building practical skills while addressing the root causes of sexual harm and creating sustainable systemic change.
